Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ healthcare facilities and distribution centers
- Screen and onboard candidates for night shift positions via virtual interviews
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments during emergencies and peak demand periods
- Maintain compliance with DC labor laws and OSHA night shift regulations
- Generate daily staffing reports using our proprietary ATS system
- Act as primary point of contact for overnight client communications
- Train night shift team leads on scheduling protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid DC driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- SHRM-SCP or CIP certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of DC metropolitan area geography
