Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare clients across Minneapolis
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire roles
- Manage client communications during night shift operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and job order documentation in our ATS system
- Address urgent staffing needs with 24/7 responsiveness and problem-solving expertise
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure continuity of service and candidate pipeline
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis labor market and overnight industry trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage high-stakes situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and crisis management capabilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
