Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients across Nashville
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill high-volume staffing contracts
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in diverse industries
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume assignments simultaneously
