Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across diverse industries (IT, healthcare, finance, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding coordination
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate pipeline management
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Facilitate candidate interviews and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience or agency background
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and fill rates
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of Albuquerque's local job market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification a plus
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
