Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and making job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for temporary and direct-hire employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update candidate pipelines daily.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent in the Austin area across various industries (Tech, Healthcare, Administrative).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with payroll verification and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources preferred (1-2 years minimum).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Austin, TX residency required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
