Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to placement.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates via LinkedIn and networking events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and salary benchmarks.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
