Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using industry best practices and market intelligence
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate reports
- Collaborate with team members to share market insights and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs and sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with both candidates and clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of Omaha's labor market and key industries (tech, finance, healthcare)
