Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and job boards.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track candidate pipelines and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, recruiting, or customer service.
