Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and candidate placement
- Strong client relationship management and sales aptitude
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field
