Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ key clients in Memphis metro area
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide strategic hiring recommendations
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record placing technical candidates (engineers, developers, data analysts)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and data-driven recruitment strategies
- Strong understanding of Memphis' talent landscape and industry clusters
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close high-value placements
