- Execute full-cycle recruitment for premier Kansas City clients across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand staffing requirements and culture fit
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using cutting-edge ATS technology
- Manage candidate experience through personalized communication and interview coordination
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to optimize placement outcomes
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client relationships and service offerings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social media recruiting
- Strong understanding of Kansas City's talent market and industry landscape
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
