Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for full-time positions across multiple industries
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic talent mapping
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client solutions
- Maintain compliance with staffing regulations and industry best practices
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or agency staffing recruitment
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in Virginia Beach market
- Strong knowledge of local talent pools and industry dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
