Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using ATS platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and present curated shortlists
- Manage candidate onboarding and placement logistics with precision
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs and conversion rates
- Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance throughout all recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing or corporate environment
- Proven expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market trends and talent metrics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and social recruiting platforms
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
