Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruiting techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Atlanta-based companies to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match top talent with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding support
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and report on key performance metrics
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience with staffing agencies or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Atlanta's competitive job market
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of Atlanta's business sectors including technology, healthcare, and logistics
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
