Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate documentation
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry partners
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
