Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering roles (mid to senior level)
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments with engineering teams
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at top DC-based tech companies
- Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and recruitment metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in technical talent acquisition
- Present market intelligence and salary benchmarking to clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record placing software engineers, DevOps, and data professionals
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, AWS, etc.)
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through technical communities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Greenhouse or ATS proficiency required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
