Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven talent solutions to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with Ohio market knowledge
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- ATS proficiency (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and data analytics capabilities
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
