- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client accounts
- Develop data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Conduct client consultations to align staffing needs with market trends
- Drive permanent/placement conversions with 85%+ client satisfaction rate
- Mentor junior recruiters on Chicago talent landscape nuances
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in Chicago market
- Proven track record placing candidates in SaaS or fintech roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM expertise
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Chicago's tech talent ecosystem
- Strong negotiation skills with $1M+ annual placement volume
