Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse client portfolios
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across healthcare, IT, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to inform staffing solutions and business development
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans job market and local industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Valid Louisiana staffing license preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
