Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with corporate clients to understand staffing needs across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Sourc, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and permanent positions
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly placement KPIs and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system and provide weekly performance reports
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and industry networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement track record
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-suite client experience
- Deep understanding of Cleveland's job market and key industry sectors
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field required
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
