Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with top-tier Bay Area employers to understand talent needs
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and compensation benchmarks
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and staffing industry best practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of proven staffing or recruitment experience in the Bay Area
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Strong knowledge of Oakland's job market and key industry players
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
