Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions using both traditional and social media recruiting methods.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent to meet client and candidate needs efficiently.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and talent pools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Bay Area for client meetings.
