- Utilize social media and job boards to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and skills assessments.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise job requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required for client site visits).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
