Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (tech, healthcare, logistics)
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent discovery
- Drive business development through client outreach and market analysis
- Ensure compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly KPIs and placement targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social recruiting
- Strong understanding of Long Beach's local job market and industry trends
