Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates specifically for night shift, logistics, and manufacturing roles.
- Conduct thorough phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit, availability, and skills.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of night shift talent through various sourcing channels and networking.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and culture of overnight positions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide market feedback and salary insights to candidates to facilitate successful placements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruiting, or human resources environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in temporary and permanent positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and major job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
