Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-permanent and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Develop strong relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media for talent sourcing
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or skilled trades roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license required for client site visits
