Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier talent through advanced sourcing techniques and strategic networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, administrative, and executive roles
- Develop client relationships to understand hiring needs and staffing solutions
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations
- Maintain ATS compliance and optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Omaha's local talent market and industry sectors
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) or Staffing and Recruiting Certification (SRC) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
