Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments using advanced recruiting techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with organizational needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement

Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in competitive markets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools
- Strong knowledge of Oakland's local job market and industry sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CSP or CPC) preferred
