- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in urgent client positions within 24-48 hours
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies across Phoenix
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job order placement to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to meet high-volume hiring demands
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment processes and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of filling urgent roles in Phoenix's job market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
