Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key clients
- Utilize ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent pipeline development
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic contract negotiations and placements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid California staffing agency license preferred
