As a Staffing Account Manager at our Nashville headquarters, you will be the face of our brand, managing the full lifecycle of client and candidate relationships. We pride ourselves on weekly pay opportunities and a culture that celebrates success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to fill open positions for our diverse client base.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Market job openings across various channels to attract high-quality talent.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients and candidates.
- Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline the placement process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously.
- Local to the Nashville, TN area is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
