Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of permanent and temporary job placements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through active networking and sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the local Colorado Springs job market and industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
