Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify their workforce needs and develop tailored staffing solutions.
- Sourcer and screen high-quality candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct professional interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and qualifications.
- Negotiate contracts and compensation packages with both clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key hiring managers and business owners.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment projects from requisition to onboarding.
- Stay updated on labor market trends to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to network and build rapport with diverse professionals.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Omaha area.
