Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs following established design systemsConduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve our component library in Figma
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design excellence
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
