Responsibilities
- Design responsive web/mobile interfaces using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design skills
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of responsive design and WCAG guidelines
- Experience with user research methodologies and testing tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
