You'll craft intuitive digital experiences for Fortune 500 clients in our Charlotte hub, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform complex requirements into user-centric designs. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency across platforms
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with emerging design trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component library creation
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
