As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will bridge the gap between engineering and marketing to ensure our clients achieve maximum visibility and performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth technical audits to diagnose crawl errors, indexation issues, and site architecture problems.
- Optimize site speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals to meet Google's performance standards.
- Implement and audit Schema.org structured data to enhance search result visibility with rich snippets.
- Collaborate with web developers and content teams to resolve canonicalization, redirect, and SSL issues.
- Monitor search console data and analytics to track indexing status and identify technical blockers.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for ongoing technical SEO improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical SEO, with a proven track record of successful site audits and optimizations.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the ability to debug code.
- Expert knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or Magento).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be located in Indianapolis, IN, or willing to work in a hybrid capacity within the city.
