Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, IT Support, and Data Analysis.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Conducting in-depth phone screens and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future openings to ensure rapid fill rates.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Providing market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to the sales team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in mid-to-senior level roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
