Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior technical roles across AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity sectors
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates in Portland's competitive tech market
- Conduct technical screening interviews and collaborate with engineering leads on assessment criteria
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for 15+ active client partnerships
- Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) with 95% data accuracy and compliance
- Present compelling job offers and negotiate compensation packages with 90% acceptance rate
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable hiring strategy recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Portland's tech ecosystem
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Hiretual)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to candidates
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) with data-driven approach to metrics
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles with competing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
