Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing market insights.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in the IT and Engineering sectors.
- Strong proficiency with recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple search requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
