Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure successful placements and high retention rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency experience.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill positions within the tech sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
