Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, and more).
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent within the Dallas tech market.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their long-term talent needs.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly placement targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
