Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical talent (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science) using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, Networking).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent supply of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skills assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
