Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Manage a high volume of active requisitions and meet aggressive monthly placement targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, executive search, or corporate recruiting.
- Demonstrated success in placing technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites and industry events.
- Self-starter mindset with a proven track record of hitting revenue and placement goals.
