Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-growth tech clients including Google, Meta, and unicorn startups
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search techniques and market mapping
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments while collaborating with hiring managers
- Optimize recruitment processes using data analytics to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality metrics
- Lead diversity initiatives to build inclusive engineering teams for enterprise clients
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through transparent communication and strategic consulting
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent across full-stack, mobile, and cloud engineering roles
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates across JavaScript, Python, AWS, and DevOps
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
- Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates in competitive markets
- BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent industry certifications (CPC, CSP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in FAANG-scale companies
