The Role
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level technical roles. We need someone who can navigate the New York tech market with ease and build genuine relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to source, screen, and close top-tier candidates for diverse technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and social recruiting (LinkedIn Recruiter) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-depth technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and manage the interview process timeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry leaders in the New York metro area.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and reporting on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within the Staffing Agency or RPO sector.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to New York, NY (onsite presence required).
- Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche platforms to find hard-to-fill roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of negotiating offers and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
