Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update client databases.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sourcing strategies and improve placement ratios.
Qualifications
- No prior recruiting experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
