Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and staffing requirements.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and personality.
- Placement Management: Manage the full life-cycle of the placement process, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends in the Charlotte area to identify new business opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate candidate databases and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required. We are looking for self-motivated individuals eager to learn.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Drive: High level of motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn our ATS software.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate.
