Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job candidates via various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our diverse client base.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Update candidate data accurately and efficiently in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for off-site events.
