Responsibilities
- Screen & Match: Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates for open positions, ensuring a perfect match for both client needs and candidate skills.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and manage interview schedules between clients and candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on candidate statuses and feedback reporting.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with the administrative onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation preparation.
- Market Research: Conduct basic market research to understand salary trends and job availability in the Detroit metro area.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our CRM and ATS platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, administrative assistance, or human resources (1-2 years preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ATS software is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a bonus.
- Location: Must be available to work in our Detroit, MI office (or hybrid remote option).
