Responsibilities

  • Screen & Match: Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates for open positions, ensuring a perfect match for both client needs and candidate skills.
  • Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and manage interview schedules between clients and candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on candidate statuses and feedback reporting.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with the administrative onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation preparation.
  • Market Research: Conduct basic market research to understand salary trends and job availability in the Detroit metro area.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our CRM and ATS platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, administrative assistance, or human resources (1-2 years preferred).
